• You must ensure that the premises are accessible and safe for our technicians to perform the installation and configuration tasks.
• You are responsible for maintaining your internet service subscription with your internet service provider.

3. Payment and Pricing

All prices for service packages are clearly listed and agreed upon prior to commencement of work. Payments must be made according to the terms agreed in the service contract. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but such changes will not affect agreed orders.

4. Warranty and Support

We offer a 2-year warranty on our installation services and equipment configurations. Our support team is available 24/7 for troubleshooting and maintenance services included in your package or as additional paid support where applicable.

5. Limitations and Liability

BRANDNAME strives to provide reliable network setups; however, we are not liable for:

• Internet outages caused by third-party providers.
• Loss of data or connectivity due to user device malfunction.
• Unforeseen damages to third-party equipment not installed by BRANDNAME.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your network information. All personal data and network configurations handled by us are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches these terms and conditions. All outstanding payments will become due immediately upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Netherlands.

9. Changes to Terms

BRANDNAME reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
